  • Kristen Hettrick
    Kristen Hettrick

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. Kris began her career with CHC in 2016 and has led the Student Assistance Program and Prevention Programs before becoming Executive Director in February 2021. She has a background in adult education and experience in planning, organizing, and implementing solutions. She previously served as Education Services Manager at Project of Easton providing leadership for three programs: adult literacy, family literacy with early childhood education, and summer learning (K-4). Kris also spent 2.5 years in Guatemala where she helped build a children’s camp and launched a health clinic in a small community outside of Antigua. During that time she visited people in the community to understand their health needs. Kris brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service, programming, administration and leadership.

  • Paula Ream
    Paula Ream

    DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION. Paula joined CHC in March 2021. Her experience working with several Lehigh Valley nonprofit organizations includes executive and senior positions in fundraising, development, marketing, grant writing, event management, government affairs and community relations, and she has served on several nonprofit boards including the Northampton Area Food Bank, Turning Point of LV, Valley Search and Rescue, and the Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce. Paula has spearheaded national projects and authored Congressional resolutions on behalf of children and family initiatives. She is an avid gardener and DIYer, spoils her rescue dogs, and is writing fiction novels.

  • Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD
    Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD

    SENIOR SAP LIASON. Maria holds a Masters of Arts in Leadership Development from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Communications from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, PR. She has been working with organizations in the Lehigh Valley in areas of parenting education, case management, recruitment, foster care, supervision, facilitation, and the creation of workshops. Maria enjoys building relationships in the community, understanding that working together and unifying efforts help the well-being of the community. Maria is a mother of two and along with her husband they serve with TEAMS for Medical Missions which provides medical services in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. In her spare time, she likes to paint, make jewelry, hair bows, and reading.

    Jillian Cabrera

    SENIOR PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Jillian joined CHC in January 2020. She earned her BS in Psychology with a concentration in Biopsychology from Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/community programs. In her free time, Jillian enjoys many different forms of athletics and likes to travel.

    Stephanie Dorney

    MANAGER OF PREVENTION / COMMONWEALTH APPROVED TRAINER (CAT) .   Stephanie joined the CHC staff as a SAP Liaison in November of 2016. She holds a BA in English from Moravian College.  Before joining the CHC staff Stephanie worked at Whitehall Middle School in 8th grade Special Education, where one of her duties was to establish and maintain working relationships between teachers, parents, students.

    Maria Duarte

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST/SCHOOL MENTOR. Maria joined CHC in November 2020. She graduated from Keystone College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology, and was also the vice president for the fencing club. Maria previously worked with immigrant children at KidsPeace. She enjoys drawing and painting.

    Sandra Duarte

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Sandy joined CHC in February 2020. She earned her AS in social work from Northampton Community College. She is currently continuing her social work education at Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/community programs. In her free time, Sandy enjoys crafting, carpentry and meditation.

    Sahar Mary Giacobbe

    SAP LIAISON. Sahar joined CHC in January 2023. Sahar began her field experience in mental/behavioral healthcare services in 2011. Her background spans engaging with a wide range of ages, from early childhood to older adults. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree as a double major in Psychology & Religion from Bethlehem’s Moravian University (2012, Magna Cum Laude.) She received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling at Moravian Theological Seminary (2017, Summa Cum Laude.)

  • Paula Keglovitz
    Paula Keglovitz

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ FRONT OFFICE. Paula has more than 20 years of extensive experience providing administrative support, especially in the non-profit sector – including work at Treatment Trends, Muhlenberg College and the Allentown Diocese.
    Paula is from Allentown and has two adult children. She enjoys gardening, reading and especially spending time at the beach.

    Julie Lane

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST FOR THE INCARCERATED. Julie joined CHC in January 2023. She grew up in Allentown and loves it here. She is a graduate of William Allen High School and received her BA from Moravian College. Her career includes casework in mental health and child welfare, and working in adult corrections, probation and parole. Julie enjoys time with friends and her adopted senior Beagle, Siggy Lane.

  • Delia Mitchell
    Delia Mitchell

    SENIOR SAP LIASON. Delia Mitchell Joined CHC September 10, 2018 as a SAP Liaison. She holds a Master’s in Justice Administration and Paralegal Degree from the University of Louisville, Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kentucky State University. Delia has worked in Social Impact for 15 years. She’s worked for the Jefferson County Public School System as a Family Service Worker, she gained her (CADAC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Certification while doing one on one Addiction Counseling and Relapse prevention groups. Delia became a Certified Life Coach in March, 2015 and has provided trainings on Self Care and parenting groups. Outside of work Delia teaches the elementary Sunday school class at her church.

  • Shannon Pittman
    Shannon Pittman

    SAP LIAISON. Shannon is from California and joined CHC in November 2022, bringing more than 15 years of experience working with children and families. She has a BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology, taught 5th grade for 3 years, and worked as a Student Assistance Specialist for 7 years, providing students with intervention and prevention skills, as well as social and emotional skills. Shannon is very passionate about working with students, families, and colleagues. Shannon is a mother of two teen daughters and multiple fur babies. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys traveling with her husband, working on house projects, and watching True Crime shows.

  • Terry Knox Ramseur
    Terry Knox Ramseur

    GRANT WRITER / DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. Originally from Reading PA, Terry has more than 10 years of grant writing experience - most recently with the Lehigh Valley Children’s Centers, and previously with Lehigh University, Allentown Symphony Association and eastern PA Girl Scouts. She has a B.A. degree from Davidson College in North Carolina, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, music, and the arts. She is a DEI proponent and humanitarian, and tries to be a positive influence, using a forward-thinking attitude, respect, and creative energy to encourage a joy of learning and working collaboratively. Terry has a great sense of humor, and highly recommends laughing often.

    Donna Rohrbach

    DATA SPECIALIST. Donna was born and raised in Allentown. She worked 26 years for Sprirax/Sarco as a cost accounting clerk, then 15 years at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as a liaison between donor and agencies. Donna started at CHC as a part-time employee September 4, 2017.  In her free time she volunteers @ McKinley Elementary School in Allentown.  Donna has been married for 40 years and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

    Maria Rossi

    SENIOR SAP LIAISON. Maria joined CHC in August 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. She started working in mental health in 2011 at a Partial Hospitalization Program located in South Western PA (Washington County), then as a SAP Liaison in 2015 for Washington County schools.

  • Ginny Sandoval
    Ginny Sandoval

    MANAGER, CHC MENTORING PROGRAM. Ginny Sandoval worked as a Mentor for two years before becoming the Supervisor of the Mentoring Program in June 2021. Ginny earned a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at State University of New York at Oneonta. As a former military spouse who lived in three different countries, she volunteered for over 20 years in international relations; cross-cultural competency; event planning; and advocating for youth, women, and families. She obtained her Dual Masters in Human Resources Management and Leadership from Webster University. Ginny is passionate about connections with people and serving the community.

  • Macie Sullivan
    Macie Sullivan

    SAP LIAISON. Macie joined CHC in August 2023. She graduated from Temple University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in cognitive neuroscience. She is currently attending Rutgers University to obtain her master's degree in clinical social work with a desire to work in school-based settings to establish individualized accommodations for children with mental illnesses and promote the importance of equity. Macie’s experience includes working with school-aged children and she has a genuine passion for helping children thrive personally and academically by advocating that mental illnesses are not limitations to success.     Wendy Texter

    SAP MANAGER. Wendy has been working with CHC for several years as a School Mentor and more recently as part of the SAP team. She was promoted to SAP Supervisor in January 2023. Wendy has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the New School for Social Research in NYC.

  • Judi Venturini
    Judi Venturini

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST / SCHOOL MENTOR. Judi brings a background as a Teacher, Mentor, Life Coach, Minister, and Chaplain. In prevention sector, she worked in Maryland in a collaborative effort addressing substance-related violence. Judi also worked for SAMSHA’s CSAP as the National RADAR Network Manager, and provided support to the regional prevention organizations in the U.S., and later served as the site coordinator for the Strengthening Families Program in Rockville Maryland. Judi started with CHC as a Contract Facilitator, then as a part-time Mentor, and joined CHC’s prevention team full-time in June 2022.

  • Lisa Wolff
    Lisa Wolff

    MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. Lisa has participated in the development of programs such as Current Drug Trends, HOPE (Heroin and Opioid Prevention Education), and Awareness and Action: How We Can Help Prevent Suicide. Lisa facilitates a variety of CHC programs throughout the Lehigh Valley. She also mentors middle and high school students through CHC’s Project SUCCESS program. A graduate of Lehigh University, Lisa completed her M.Ed. at DeSales University, and taught fourth and sixth grade students in the East Penn School District before joining the Center in 2013.     Kiana Wong

    Kiana joined CHC in February 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Moravian University in 2021 majoring in Public Health. Before joining the CHC, Kiana worked in both the mental health and case management fields. In her free time she enjoys coaching cheerleading, and spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.
