Creating Lasting Family Connections: Getting Real
Students will learn in this multi-session program that open, honest and respectful sharing of both thoughts and feelings is "getting real." Students will build communications skills by role-play and practicing I-Messages, differentiate between intimate and defensive responses, and identify feelings associated with each response.
