Training For Trainers
Training for Trainers is more than a workshop. It is a dynamic experience designed to optimize your presentation and facilitation skills.
Today, managers, teachers, and supervisors in every kind of profession or industry are required to motivate and train their staffs. They are also expected to be spokespersons to community organizations. Training for Trainers, is a comprehensive course that includes a lively series of proven techniques that energize an audience and improve results. Shared tips for good design, planning, and enhancing audience participation are key components included in this course that improves training transfer and application.
There are two sections to the course; participants may register for either one, or both. The first section, Presentation Skills, is a two-day workshop; the fee is $100.00. The second section, Facilitation Skills, is held over four sessions; the fee is $175.00. Included in this training package is an easy-to-use reference manual for application of the experiences learned at the training.
Separate registration is required for each section. A commitment to attendance and participation in every session is vital, since the training is sequential in nature.
