 and Adolescent Therapy\, from Chestnut Hill College.\n\nBefore joining Leh
 igh Valley Health Network–Jefferson\, Ms. Godshalk served as Director of a
  national mental health resource and crisis-support platform for youth. Sh
 e is an experienced clinical educator with certifications in Safe Crisis M
 anagement\, the Sanctuary Model of trauma-informed care\, and Sexual Orien
 tation\, Gender Identity\, and Expression (SOGIE).\n\nCurrently\, Ms. Gods
 halk serves as Administrator of School-Based Behavioral Health for Lehigh 
 Valley Health Network–Jefferson\, overseeing outpatient therapy and suppor
 tive services for K–12 students throughout the Lehigh Valley and surroundi
 ng communities. She is a former Pool Fellow with the Leonard Parker Pool I
 nstitute for Health and is actively involved in initiatives promoting incl
 usive\, trauma-informed care and community well-being.\n\n\nGretchen Hill 
 \nAssistant Administrator\, Northampton County Drug and Alcohol Department
  \n\nGretchen Hill is a licensed social worker with a master’s degree from
  Maywood University. She has worked for Northampton County for 11 years\, 
 including the past four years with the Drug and Alcohol Division. Prior to
  her current role as Assistant Administrator\, she served as a supervisor 
 in the Area Agency on Aging Division.\n\nIn her current position\, Ms. Hil
 l oversees prevention programs\, community outreach\, Narcan trainings\, a
 nd the development and implementation of new initiatives. Her background i
 n social work\, program management\, and community services supports North
 ampton County’s efforts to address substance use and promote community hea
 lth and awareness.\n\n\nGavin P. Holihan\, Esq. \nDistrict Attorney Lehigh
  County \n\nGavin Holihan is the elected District Attorney of Lehigh Count
 y\, having taken office in January 2024. Prior to that he practiced crimin
 al defense in state and federal courts where he tried hundreds of cases. A
 dditionally\, he worked in the Juvenile delinquency and dependency system 
 for over 20 years. \n\n\nKimberly F. Makoul\, Esq. \nChief Public Defender
 \, Lehigh County \n\nAttorney Kimberly F. Makoul has dedicated her legal c
 areer to public service and advocating for individuals involved in the cri
 minal and juvenile justice systems. A lifelong Lehigh County resident\, sh
 e earned her bachelor’s degree from Moravian University in 1987 and her Ju
 ris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1990.\n\nAfter b
 eginning her career as an Assistant Public Defender for Lehigh County\, At
 torney Makoul entered private practice in 1997\, focusing on criminal and 
 juvenile defense. She later served as an adjunct professor at Moravian Uni
 versity\, teaching courses in civil liberties and constitutional law.\n\nI
 n 2014\, she was appointed Lehigh County’s first full-time Chief Public De
 fender. Under her leadership\, the office established its Pardon Project\,
  becoming the first and only public defender’s office in Pennsylvania to e
 stablish such a program. The initiative helps eligible individuals pursue 
 pardons and overcome barriers associated with past convictions.\n\nAttorne
 y Makoul is active in the legal community and serves on the boards of the 
 Public Defender Association of Pennsylvania and the Lehigh County Bar Asso
 ciation. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal 
 Defense Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.\n\n\nMolly Stanton\,
  MS \nAssistant Administrator\, Lehigh County Drug and Alcohol \n\nMolly S
 tanton\, MS\, has extensive experience in the behavioral health and substa
 nce use treatment fields. Prior to joining Lehigh County\, she held clinic
 al and executive leadership positions in residential and outpatient treatm
 ent programs.\n\nMs. Stanton earned her B.S. in Psychology from Smith Coll
 ege and her M.S. in Psychology from Lehigh University. Her experience in c
 linical services and program leadership provides valuable perspective on s
 ubstance use prevention\, treatment\, and recovery.\n\n\nNikolas V. Tsamou
 talidis \nSupervisor of Student Supports & Health Services\, Bethlehem Are
 a School District \n\nNikolas Tsamoutalidis has more than 30 years of expe
 rience educating and supporting youth and nearly three decades of experien
 ce as a K–12 public educator. He holds degrees in Special Education and Ed
 ucational Leadership from Lehigh University\, as well as a master’s degree
  in clinical counseling from Moravian University.\n\nMr. Tsamoutalidis is 
 a Licensed Professional Counselor\, Pastoral Counselor\, and ICF Certified
  Executive Coach. He is also an SEL consultant and trainer in trauma-infor
 med practices\, restorative practices\, QPR\, and TBM. He serves as an adj
 unct professor at Moravian University.\n\nThroughout his career\, he has s
 erved in leadership roles at the middle and high school levels. In 2017\, 
 he co-led an initiative at Liberty High School to transform the school int
 o a trauma-informed environment\, including the development of a school-ba
 sed Wellness Center. He previously served as Administrator of Student Supp
 orts & Wellness for the Bethlehem Area School District and currently serve
 s as Supervisor of Student Supports & Health Services.\n\nMr. Tsamoutalidi
 s is particularly passionate about helping current and future educators in
 tegrate hope\, resilience\, and wellness into their work with students.\n
 \n\nKristen Wenrich\, MPH\, CPH \nDirector of Health\, City of Bethlehem 
 \n\nKristen Wenrich\, MPH\, CPH\, has more than 25 years of experience in 
 public health. She has served as Director of Health for the City of Bethle
 hem since January 2023\, where she leads efforts to address emerging publi
 c health challenges\, develop health initiatives\, and strengthen communit
 y partnerships.\n\nMs. Wenrich began her career with the Bethlehem Health 
 Bureau in 1998 after earning her bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg U
 niversity. She earned her Master of Public Health degree in 2004 and becam
 e certified in public health in 2008. Throughout her career\, she has work
 ed in maternal and child health\, chronic disease prevention\, emergency p
 reparedness\, communicable disease\, and quality improvement.\n\nShe has p
 resented at state and national conferences and contributed to nationally p
 ublished articles on topics including childhood obesity\, smoking cessatio
 n\, hookah use\, homelessness\, mental health\, quality improvement\, and 
 opioid prevention.\n\n\nJoin the Center for Humanistic Change (CHC) and ou
 r community partners for a panel discussion focused on contemporary issues
  impacting student health and well-being. Guided by Pennsylvania Youth Sur
 vey (PAYS) data\, this diverse panel of community leaders will share their
  expertise and perspectives on current trends and discuss collaborative st
