    Paula Ream

    MANAGER OF ADMINISTRATION. Paula joined CHC in March, 2021. Her experience includes senior positions in fundraising, development, marketing, grant writing, event management and community relations, and she has served on several local nonprofit boards including the Northampton Area Food Bank, Turning Point of LV, Valley Search and Rescue and the Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD
    Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD

    Maria holds a Masters of Arts in Leadership Development from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Communications from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, PR. She has been working with organizations in the Lehigh Valley in areas of parenting education, case management, recruitment, foster care, supervision, facilitation, and the creation of workshops. Maria enjoys building relationships in the community, understanding that working together and unifying efforts help the well-being of the community. Maria is a mother of two and along with her husband they serve with TEAMS for Medical Missions which provides medical services in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. In her spare time, she likes to paint, make jewelry, hair bows, and reading.

    Annie Bickert

    OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER. Annie has worked at CHC almost since its inception and acts as historian to the many changes CHC has gone through over the years.  She lives in Nazareth with and is the mother to two daughters and Grannie to two grandchildren.  Annie enjoys reading, gardening, and attending Nazareth Girl’s basketball games.

    Jillian Cabrera

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Jillian joined CHC in January 2020. She earned her BS in Psychology with a concentration in Biopsychology from Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/community programs. In her free time, Jillian enjoys many different forms of athletics and likes to travel.

    Stephanie Dorney

    MANAGER, SAP AND PREVENTION, COMMONWEALTH APPROVED TRAINER (CAT).   Stephanie joined the CHC staff as a SAP Liaison in November of 2016. She holds a BA in English from Moravian College.  Before joining the CHC staff Stephanie worked at Whitehall Middle School in 8th grade Special Education, where one of her duties was to establish and maintain working relationships between teachers, parents, students.

    PREVENTIAL SPECIALIST. Maria went to Keystone College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal justice and psychology. She was also the vice president for her fencing club. Before starting CHC, Maria worked with immigrant children at KidsPeace. She also enjoys drawing and painting.

    PREVENTION COORDINATOR. Sandy joined CHC in February 2020. She earned her AS in social work from Northampton Community College. She is currently continuing her social work education at Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/community programs.     Tracey Garnes

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. Tracey holds an Associate and Bachelor degree in Bible Ministry from Spirit Temple Bible College. She has advanced studies in Studio Art and Graphic Design from Cedar Crest College and Moravian University. Formerly a Department Coordinator and Gender Violence Advocate at Lehigh University, she brings to CHC expertise in event management / design, communications, executive assisting, office management, and graphic design. As a founder of her studio art business Saffron Soul Studio, she is a teacher, artist, and jewelry designer. Her heart is to be a light in her community and abroad, a source for empowerment, healing, encouragement, inspiration, and connectivity. In her free time you can find her learning new things, tinkering with art supplies, and giving hugs.

    Alison Hazell

    SAP LIAISON / PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Alison joined CHC in May 2022 as a SAP Liaison and Prevention Specialist. She recently graduated from Temple University with her Masters in Counseling Psychology and was previously an elementary school and special education teacher in Bucks County and Philadelphia. She is a newcomer to the Lehigh Valley looks forward to supporting and being more involved in the community.

    Loree Jarvis

    PREVENTION COORDINATOR. Loree joined the CHC in September 2021. She earned her Associates Degree in Health Care Administration, but has also majored in Computer Programming, Web Page Design, Data Base Management, Accounting and Billing/Coding. She enjoys helping people help others, organizing and scheduling. She has a rescue pup, Missy and just became a Grandma for the first time. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening, stained glass and all things Celtic!

    Karen Kohn

    SAP ADMINISTRATOR. Karen is a retired educator in the Bethlehem Area School District with a Master’s Degree in Education from Penn State University. During her Freedom High School tenure she was Department Chair of the Health and Physical Education department, head coach of the girls Gymnastic team and the girls Tennis Team. Karen was inducted into the Freedom HS Athletic Hall of Fame. Karen was also the SAP Coordinator at Freedom for 20 years, and an executive member of the PASAP Board of Directors for 7 of the 8 years that she served. She was also a member of the Dept. of Education SAP Advisory Board for 6 years. Now employed at the Center for Humanistic Change, Karen has been a Commonwealth Approved Trainer since 2009. She does many different types of SAP related trainings, organizes 4 annual SAP Consortiums .

    Jessica Kolment

    SAP LIAISON. Jessica graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a BA in journalism and public relations and a minor in religious studies. She is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in social work through Rutgers University. Since graduation, she has worked in the social services field as a mental health technician, a caseworker and a family specialist.

    John Lapatchak

    DATA ANALYST. John is a 2021 graduate of Moravian College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and he joined CHC in January 2022. He has a vast skill set to assist the organization in extracting significant and meaningful data. He is disciplined and data-driven, and believes that data science will maximize productivity and business gain. In his free time, John enjoys studying market internals and understanding the algorithms that drive them.     Trisha Mandes

    SAP SUPERVISOR. Trisha joined CHC in March 2022. She received her Master's of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Eastern Finland and has worked for Valley Against Sex Trafficking, The Food Trust, The Native American Rehabilitation Association in Portland, Oregon and at the University of South Carolina. Her experience includes staff leadership, project management, program interventions, outreach, and she is passionate about helping kids and the community. Trisha has worked in the Nutrition and Public Health field since 2008, has operated her own nutrition coaching business since 2017, and is a book author. She enjoys dancing in her free time.     Delia Mitchell

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR. Delia Mitchell Joined CHC September 10, 2018 as a SAP Liaison. She holds a Master’s in Justice Administration and Paralegal Degree from the University of Louisville, Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kentucky State University. Delia has worked in Social Impact for 15 years. She’s worked for the Jefferson County Public School System as a Family Service Worker, she gained her (CADAC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Certification while doing one on one Addiction Counseling and Relapse prevention groups. Delia became a Certified Life Coach in March, 2015 and has provided trainings on Self Care and parenting groups. Outside of work Delia teaches the elementary Sunday school class at her church.

    Terry Knox Ramseur

    GRANTS / DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. Originally from Reading PA, Terry has more than 10 years of grant writing experience - most recently with the Lehigh Valley Children’s Centers, and previously with Lehigh University, Allentown Symphony Association and eastern PA Girl Scouts. She has a B.A. degree from Davidson College in North Carolina, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, music, and the arts. She is a DEI proponent and humanitarian, and tries to be a positive influence, using a forward-thinking attitude, respect, and creative energy to encourage a joy of learning and working collaboratively.     Donna Rohrbach

    DATA SPECIALIST. Donna was born and raised in Allentown. She worked 26 years for Sprirax/Sarco as a cost accounting clerk, then 15 years at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as a liaison between donor and agencies. Donna started at CHC as a part-time employee September 4, 2017.  In her free time she volunteers @ McKinley Elementary School in Allentown.  Donna has been married for 40 years and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

    Ginny Sandoval

    SUPERVISOR, PROJECT SUCCESS/CROSSROADS: Ginny Sandoval joined the Center for Humanistic Change (CHC) in June 2021 as Supervisor, Project Success/Crossroads. Ginny earned her Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at State University of New York at Oneonta. As a former military spouse living in three different countries, she volunteered for over 20 years in international relations; cross-cultural competency; event planning; and advocating for youth, women, and families. She obtained her Dual Masters in Human Resources Management and Leadership from Webster University. Prior to her role as Supervisor, Ginny worked as a Crossroads Mentor at CHC for two years. Ginny is passionate about connections with people and serving the community.

    Judi Venturini

    PREVENTION SPECIALIST / SCHOOL MENTOR. Judi brings a background as a Teacher, Mentor, Life Coach, Minister, and Chaplain. In prevention sector, she worked in Maryland in a collaborative effort addressing substance-related violence. Judi also worked for SAMSHA’s CSAP as the National RADAR Network Manager, and provided support to the regional prevention organizations in the U.S., and later served as the site coordinator for the Strengthening Families Program in Rockville Maryland. At CHC she has been a contractor, moved into mentoring part-time, and is now with us full-time on the prevention team.

  • Lisa Wolff
    Lisa Wolff

    MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. Lisa has participated in the development of programs such as Current Drug Trends, HOPE (Heroin and Opioid Prevention Education), and Awareness and Action: How We Can Help Prevent Suicide. Lisa facilitates a variety of CHC programs throughout the Lehigh Valley. She also mentors middle and high school students through CHC’s Project SUCCESS program. A graduate of Lehigh University, Lisa completed her M.Ed. at DeSales University, and taught fourth and sixth grade students in the East Penn School District before joining the Center in 2013.     Kimberly Ynfante De Sanfilippo

    SAP LIAISON. Kimberly joined CHC in October 2020. Originally from New York City, born in the Bronx, she earned her Bachelors in Human Services Management and a Minor in Physiology from Alfred State College. In the past Kimberly has worked with toddlers in classrooms. She loves making connections with children, their families and making a difference in their lives. She is currently continuing her passion for helping others by broadening her experience with CHC. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, playing video games, writing poetry, dancing and cooking.
