Andrew D'Angelo
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. Andrew was appointed to leadership in July 2024. He is a native of Queens, NY, and joined CHC after spending 25 years in K-12 education. Andrew holds a BA from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and an MA from St. John's University. He has been a teacher, board development specialist, an elementary and high school principal, and a high school president. Andrew is deeply committed to prevention education and empowering young people to make healthy and informed decisions. After relocating to the Lehigh Valley in 2018, Andrew knew he found his forever home here and enjoys the diversity found in the people and places in and around the area.
Interestingly, Andrew is a two-time American Swing Dance Champion and spent 20 years traveling the country as a competitor, instructor, judge, and choreographer. In 2014, he was inducted into the National Living Legends of Dance. He also has an extensive jazz collection, and loves cooking and enjoying the many wonderful restaurants around the Lehigh Valley.

Paula Sue Ream
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION. Paula joined CHC in March 2021. She brings more than 40 years of experience in organizational management. Paula has held senior positions in the Lehigh Valley in marketing, advancement, fundraising, grant writing, event planning, community relations and government affairs. In her spare time she enjoys her rescued pups, gardening, chicken tending, DIY projects, and is writing fiction novels.

Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD
MANAGER OF PREVENTION PROGRAMS / SITE COORDINATOR FOR FAMILIAS FUERTES PROGRAM. Maria holds a Masters of Arts in Leadership Development from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Communications from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, PR. Maria has worked for CHC in both Prevention and SAP roles. She has been working with organizations in the Lehigh Valley in areas of parenting education, case management, recruitment, foster care, supervision, facilitation, and the creation of workshops. Maria enjoys building relationships in the community, understanding that working together and unifying efforts help the well-being of the community. Maria is a mother of two and along with her husband they serve with TEAMS for Medical Missions which provides medical services in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. In her spare time, she likes to paint, make jewelry, hair bows, and reading.

Teika Bartlett
BILLING & DATA COORDINATOR. Teika joined CHC in April 2024. She holds an Associate of Arts in business administration (2021 Cum Laude) and a Bachelors of Science in business administration with a minor in health administration (2023 Summa Cum Laude). She has several years of experience within the financial and administrative field.

Jillian Cabrera
SENIOR PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Jillian joined CHC in January 2020. She earned her BS in Psychology with a concentration in Biopsychology from Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/ community programs. In her free time, Jillian enjoys many different forms of athletics and likes to travel.

Christine Confer
SAP LIAISON / CTC COORDINATOR (COMMUNITIES THAT CARE) for Whitehall & Catasauqua School districts. Chrissy joined CHC in April 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Marywood University and a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary. Chrissy is pursuing her PhD in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies from Marywood University. Before joining the CHC staff, Chrissy was an academic advisor at Lehigh Carbon Community College and Lehigh University. She assisted students with academic planning and served as a student-to-professional facilitator, assisting with individual student career planning. Chrissy served on and contributed to many committees, including the Leadership Committee, Undergraduate Advising Committee, and the SEED Selection Committee, where she also served as an advisor for students with special needs pursuing higher education. In her free time, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her three sons and two rescue dogs, watching Marvel movies, bowling, and learning pottery.

Stephanie Dorney
MANAGER OF PROGRAM & DATA INTEGRITY and PA Approved SAP Training Provider (PASTP). Stephanie joined CHC in November of 2016 as a SAP Liaison, was promoted to Prevention Manager in 2021, and appointed to her current position in 2025. She holds a BA in English from Moravian College. Before joining the CHC staff Stephanie worked at Whitehall Middle School in 8th grade Special Education where her role included developing working relationships between teachers, parents, students.

Maria Duarte
PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Maria joined CHC in November 2020. She graduated from Keystone College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology, and was also the vice president for the fencing club. Maria previously worked with immigrant children at KidsPeace. She enjoys drawing and painting.

Nicole Elias
MANAGER OF CHC MENTORING PROGRAM. Nicole joined the Prevention Team in March 2025, and will become the Manager of the Mentoring Program in June 2025. She had worked with CHC from 2019-2023 as a SAP Liaison. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian University where she majored in Sociology and Elementary Education. She has more than 20 years of experience in the prevention arena.

Marie Giacobbe
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. Marie joined CHC in November 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Penn State University in 2019. She has a diverse background in communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, graphic design and administration through various past roles with Penn State Lehigh Valley, HomeSpot Media, The Beauty Institute, and TEAMS for Medical Missions. Marie is passionate about community involvement. She serves on the board of Dance for a Cure, and volunteers for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). She is also a Certified Life & Relationship Coach and Certified Makeup Artist. Marie enjoys trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sahar Mary Giacobbe
SENIOR SAP LIAISON. Sahar joined CHC in January 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in mental and behavioral health services. Since 2011, her work has spanned diverse settings—supporting individuals from early childhood through late adulthood—across inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and pastoral care. Her professional journey includes roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, KidsPeace, and the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from Moravian University (2012, Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary (2017, Summa Cum Laude).

Terry Knox Ramseur
GRANT WRITER / DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. Terry joined CHC in May 2022. Originally from Reading PA, she has more than 10 years of grant writing experience - most recently with the Lehigh Valley Children’s Centers, and previously with Lehigh University, Allentown Symphony Association and eastern PA Girl Scouts. She has a B.A. degree from Davidson College in North Carolina, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, music, and the arts. She is a DEI proponent and humanitarian, and tries to be a positive influence, using a forward-thinking attitude, respect, and creative energy to encourage a joy of learning and working collaboratively.

Delia Mitchell
SITE COORDINATOR FOR SAAF (Strengthening African American Families program). Delia Mitchell joined CHC in September 2018. She began as a SAP Liaison, then worked in prevention and outreach, and is now a site coordinator for the SAAF program. She holds a Master’s in Justice Administration and Paralegal Degree from the University of Louisville, Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kentucky State University. Delia has worked in Social Impact for more than 15 years. She’s worked for the Jefferson County Public School System as a Family Service Worker, she gained her (CADAC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Certification while doing one on one Addiction Counseling and Relapse prevention groups. Delia became a Certified Life Coach in March, 2015 and has provided trainings on Self Care and parenting groups. Outside of work Delia teaches the elementary Sunday school class at her church.

Hana Reifinger
PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Hana joined CHC in June 2024. She graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Hana previously worked at KidsPeace and has experience with behavioral and mental healthcare. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her cats and being outdoors.

Nancy Salomon
SAP LIAISON. Nancy joined CHC in September 2024. She is a certified QPR Trainer, is ASIST Trained, a LOSS Team Member of Lehigh County, and a Grief Educator. Nancy holds her Masters of Science in Education focused in literacy from Mount Saint Mary’s College (Newburgh, NY), and her Certification in Elementary Education and Bachelors of Science in History from Western Connecticut State University (Danbury, CT). Nancy has been an advocate for individuals with special needs with The Arc of Northampton/Lehigh Counties. She is currently Co-Chair of the Suicide Task Force Awareness and Engagement, and is a member the Prevention and Intervention Task Force. In addition, she is a board member for Aevidum and an AFSP volunteer. Nancy loves to spend time with her husband and children, her dog Maggie and Willie the Cat. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, baking, experimenting with new recipes, painting, reading, yoga and sound bathes.

Ginny Sandoval
MANAGER OF CHC MENTORING PROGRAM. Ginny Sandoval worked as a Mentor for two years before becoming the Supervisor of the Mentoring Program in June 2021. Ginny earned a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at State University of New York at Oneonta. As a former military spouse who lived in three different countries, she volunteered for over 20 years in international relations; cross-cultural competency; event planning; and advocating for youth, women, and families. She obtained her Dual Masters in Human Resources Management and Leadership from Webster University. Ginny is passionate about connections with people and serving the community.

Piper Schwenk
SAP LIAISON. Piper joined CHC in August 2024. She graduated from Muhlenberg College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and has experience in school district counselor offices. In her free time she enjoys coaching girls volleyball and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.

Macie Sullivan
SAP LIAISON. Macie joined CHC in August 2023. She graduated from Temple University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in cognitive neuroscience. She is currently attending Rutgers University to obtain her master's degree in clinical social work with a desire to work in school-based settings to establish individualized accommodations for children with mental illnesses and promote the importance of equity. Macie’s experience includes working with school-aged children and she has a genuine passion for helping children thrive personally and academically by advocating that mental illnesses are not limitations to success.

Wendy Texter
MANAGER OF SAP (Student Assistance Program) and PA Approved SAP Training Provider (PASTP). Wendy began working for CHC as a School Mentor and then as part of the SAP team. She was promoted to SAP Supervisor in January 2023. Wendy has a Bachelor’s degree in communications from the New School for Social Research in New York City.

Lisa Wolff
MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. Lisa has participated in the development of programs such as Current Drug Trends, HOPE (Heroin and Opioid Prevention Education), and Awareness and Action: How We Can Help Prevent Suicide. Lisa facilitates a variety of CHC programs throughout the Lehigh Valley and is the organization's lead for drug and alcohol awareness and education programs as well as NARCAN training. A graduate of Lehigh University, Lisa completed her M.Ed. at DeSales University, and taught fourth and sixth grade students in the East Penn School District before joining the Center in 2013.

Kiana Wong
