EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. Arlene joined CHC in July of 2016. She holds an Master in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Kutztown University. Arlene has worked in several other Lehigh Valley non-profit settings and comes to CHC with a background in administration, community-building, fundraising, budgeting and program planning. She is active with the Liberty High School Alumni Band and Friends of Music, Inc. Arlene is an avid swimmer and obedience/therapy dog trainer.

SENIOR DIRECTOR, PREVENTION AND STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM. Kris brings a background in adult education and experience in planning, organizing, and implementing solutions. She previously served as Education Services Manager providing leadership for three programs: adult literacy, family literacy with early childhood education, and summer learning (K-4).

Maria Alonso-Tomlinson, MALD
COMMUNITY OUTREACH & SENIOR PREVENTION SPECIALIST
Maria holds a Masters of Arts in Leadership Development from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Communications from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, PR. She has been working with organizations in the Lehigh Valley in areas of parenting education, case management, recruitment, foster care, supervision, facilitation, and the creation of workshops. Maria enjoys building relationships in the community, understanding that working together and unifying efforts help the well-being of the community. Maria is a mother of two and along with her husband they serve with TEAMS for Medical Missions which provides medical services in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. In her spare time, she likes to paint, make jewelry, hair bows, and reading.

OFFICE MANAGER. Annie has worked at CHC almost since its inception and acts as historian to the many changes CHC has gone through over the years. She lives in Nazareth with and is the mother to two daughters and Grannie to two grandchildren. Annie enjoys reading, gardening, and attending Nazareth Girl’s basketball games.

Lisa L. Campbell
MANAGER, PREVENTION EDUCATION AND PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS
Lisa Campbell is a native from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelors of Art in Music, at Tennessee State University, Teacher Certification, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Masters of Art in School Guidance Counseling, at Spalding University, in Louisville, Kentucky. Her professional career consists of 20+ years in elementary and middle school education. As an entrepreneur, Lisa has always had a passion for the arts and integrating it in all of her business ventures, from Campbell Talent Development, Tiny Blessings Learning and Child Development Center and presently Campbell Images, LLC. She brings a vast knowledge of educational standards and understands the value of all stakeholders engaged in responsive, restorative and preventative practices to support a thriving community for learners and leaders.

Brandon Chasse, PhD
MANAGER, CROSSROADS/PROJECT SUCCESS, SENIOR PREVENTION SPECIALIST. Brandon joined the CHC in October 2018. He has a PhD in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Studies, a field that explores the forces of the psyche and how they stimulate the body’s capacity to heal itself, from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Before working for the CHC, Brandon lived in Phoenix, AZ and held a private practice providing HeartMath® training to help individuals reduce stress and build resilience and also did outreach for a reputable behavioral health treatment center. Outside of working at the CHC, Brandon enjoys exploring the East Coast with his wife Geny, who is currently a medical resident for St. Luke’s University Health Network.

TEAM LEADER AND SENIOR STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM LIAISON, COMMONWEALTH APPROVED TRAINER (CAT). Stephanie joined the CHC staff as a SAP Liaison in November of 2016. She holds a BA in English from Moravian College. Before joining the CHC staff Stephanie worked at Whitehall Middle School in 8th grade Special Education, where one of her duties was to establish and maintain working relationships between teachers, parents, students.

PREVENTIAL SPECIALIST FOR THE INCARCERATED POPULATION. Maria went to Keystone College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal justice and psychology. She was also the vice president for her fencing club. Before starting CHC, Maria worked with immigrant children at KidsPeace. She also enjoy drawing and painting.
Sandy joined CHC in February 2020. She earned her AS in social work from Northampton Community College. She is currently continuing her social work education at Cedar Crest College, and has experience in social services/community programs. In her free time, Sandy enjoys crafting, carpentry and meditation.
Mac’s expertise is in youth development and program facilitation. Mac holds a BA from Hampshire College with a concentration in Critical Youth Studies and Social Justice, and has developed and implemented youth programming in mental health, leadership skills, community-based research, sustainability, outdoor education, and alcohol and other drug abuse prevention. Mac has also designed programming for young women to improve self-esteem and body image and was awarded the Clif Bar Business with Purpose Scholarship in 2019. Mac loves spending time outside backpacking and rock climbing, and is learning to throw pottery
SAP LIAISON - Nicole started working with CHC in August of 2019. She brings with her 18 years of experience delivering programs in school. She earned a BA in Sociology with a minor in Elementary Education and concentration in psychology from Moravian College. Before joining CHC, Nicole worked as a SAP Liaison and Education Specialist for schools in Northampton and Lehigh Counties.

SAP LIAISON - Jenn recently earned a Masters of Public Health degree from West Chester University of PA, where she also earned her BA in Psychology and a graduate certificate in Gerontology. Before joining the SAP team, she worked with CHC as a Project Success Mentor in Whitehall- Coplay Middle School and Whitehall High School. She is eager to be fully immersed into her new role as SAP Liaison as she thrives most working in teams, and having the opportunity help students overcome hindrances which keep them from reaching their highest potential in school.

SAP ADMINISTRATOR. Karen is a retired educator in the Bethlehem Area School District with a Master’s Degree in Education from Penn State University. During her Freedom High School tenure she was Department Chair of the Health and Physical Education department, head coach of the girls Gymnastic team and the girls Tennis Team. Karen was inducted into the Freedom HS Athletic Hall of Fame. Karen was also the SAP Coordinator at Freedom for 20 years, and an executive member of the PASAP Board of Directors for 7 of the 8 years that she served. She was also a member of the Dept. of Education SAP Advisory Board for 6 years. Now employed at the Center for Humanistic Change, Karen has been a Commonwealth Approved Trainer since 2009. She does many different types of SAP related trainings, organizes 4 annual SAP Consortiums .

Meredith Makoul Labert
SAP LIAISON - Meredith joined the CHC staff as a SAP Liaison in August of 2019. She holds a Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. She earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies at James Madison University in Virginia. Prior to joining CHC, she was a SAP counselor in various Northampton schools and also worked two years as an Outpatient Therapist working with children and teens. Meredith is going on her sixth year of coaching field hockey and recently took the position of the Assistant Field Hockey Coach for the Allentown School District.

SAP LIAISON. Delia Mitchell Joined CHC September 10, 2018 as a SAP Liaison. She holds a Master’s in Justice Administration and Paralegal Degree from the University of Louisville, Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kentucky State University. Delia has worked in Social Impact for 15 years. She’s worked for the Jefferson County Public School System as a Family Service Worker, she gained her (CADAC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Certification while doing one on one Addiction Counseling and Relapse prevention groups. Delia became a Certified Life Coach in March, 2015 and has provided trainings on Self Care and parenting groups. Outside of work Delia teaches the elementary Sunday school class at her church.

SAP Liaison. Rosalie graduated from Penn State Univ. with a Bachelors Degree in Adm. Of Justice and a Masters Degree from The Univ. of Illinois. She has over 30 years of experience in the Social Services Field. She worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer, Foster Care Caseworker/Resource Worker, Licensed Foster Care Homes, Child Abuse and Neglect Investigator and most recently a Student Assistant Therapist. DATA SPECIALIST. Donna was born and raised in Allentown. She worked 26 years for Sprirax/Sarco as a cost accounting clerk, then 15 years at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as a liaison between donor and agencies. Donna started at CHC as a part-time employee September 4, 2017. In her free time she volunteers @ McKinley Elementary School in Allentown. Donna has been married for 40 years and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

GRANT WRITER. Katelyn joined CHC in January 2020 as an intern. She graduated from East Stroudsburg University in May 2020 with her BSW. and was hired as the Grant-Writer in July 2020. PREVENTION COORDINATOR. Molly holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Temple University in Theatre Studies with a concentration in Management & Production, as well as an Associate’s of Arts from Northampton Community College in Communication Studies. Before joining CHC, she worked at ArtsQuest and spent some time living in Philadelphia. Molly is a creative person and in her free time enjoys live music, hand-stitch embroidery, movies and spending time outdoors.
SENIOR MANAGER, SPECIAL PROJECTS. Lisa has participated in the development of programs such as Current Drug Trends, HOPE (Heroin and Opioid Prevention Education), and Awareness and Action: How We Can Help Prevent Suicide. Lisa facilitates a variety of CHC programs throughout the Lehigh Valley. She also mentors middle and high school students through CHC’s Project SUCCESS program. A graduate of Lehigh University, Lisa completed her M.Ed. at DeSales University, and taught fourth and sixth grade students in the East Penn School District before joining the Center in 2013. Kimberly Ynfante De Sanfilippo
Kimberly joined CHC in October 2020. Originally from New York City, born in the Bronx, she earned her Bachelors in Human Services Management and a Minor in Physiology from Alfred State College. In the past Kimberly has worked with toddlers in classrooms. She loves making connections with children, their families and making a difference in their lives. She is currently continuing her passion for helping others by broadening her experience with CHC. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, playing video games, writing poetry, dancing and cooking.
