Anger is an emotion most people recognize, yet many don’t realize it often serves as a defense against deeper, more uncomfortable feelings such as fear or sadness. The CHC’s Anger Management Program helps participants identify the underlying causes of their anger, recognize triggers and warning signs, and understand the connection between anger and substance use. Through the program, attendees learn practical and peaceful strategies for managing stress, responding calmly to challenges, and maintaining emotional balance.
